Other snow pictures

It continued snowing most of the day yesterday; by the end of the day, we around 2 inches, maybe a bit more. Overnight, we accumulated at least another inch. Behold, actual snow that stuck around longer than an hour:

Yesterday afternoon, Husband and Jeric went out and built a small snowman on a big rock in our front yard:

This morning we got the news that church had been cancelled except for the first hour, but we still didn't feel safe to go (it's a 40-minute drive). It's been hovering around 30 degrees all morning, so nothing has melted yet, but my computer says the high for the day is 40, so it might not stick around too much longer! We shall see...

Winter!

The most snow we've had all winter long, and it's all fallen in the last hour or so. It's almost nothing, but Jeric is quite excited! We might have to go out and play a bit later on. This picture is taken looking out my back door toward my landlord's house.
